• Off-limits technology - Hartsell Gintersville Alloalville, Hendersonville - almost the cities.
• Solar panel permit difficulties
• No reverse metering on solar
• Cogeneration allowed any longer
• On site stormwater storage/use (permeables)

• Overall city ordiancne against green recommendations

• Political push on Huntsville Utilities
• Come up with standard designs that are acceptable elsewhere to propose here
• Push minimal energy standards (LEED Silver) for municipal buildings (codes must follow)
• Find ways to allow code changes and code by area that make sense
