Renewable Energy Policy and Programs Panel
A look at the policies of the Obama Administration, state government, and utilities as a signal of their support of solar, wind, tidal, methane, and other incoming forms of renewable energy. We will discuss how to utilize stimulus funding, municipal bonds, tax rebates and market incentives to launch the energy of the 21st century out of the margins and into the mainstream.
