Alexander Boettger, Director, Investments, is responsible for sourcing and underwriting all acquisitions for The Green Cities Company. Alex oversees the development of each asset’s business plan including the modeling of all new investment proformas prior to acquisition.
Previously, Alex worked as a Research Associate at CoStar Group and as a Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield.
Alexander holds a BS in Finance from Georgetown University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
In his free time, Alexander stays active with both indoor and outdoor rock climbing and enjoys hitting the links for a round of golf.
