Brenna Cleveland, Director, Portfolio Management, manages the firm’s Fund-level returns and metrics, leveraging the Fund models to track towards quarterly valuation and distribution goals. Brenna oversees the Asset Managers in executing their respective property business plans, which drive overall Fund-level performance.
Previously, Brenna served as a Senior Analyst and as an Asset Manager with Green Cities and, prior to that, as a Senior Audit Associate at PwC where she specialized in real estate.
Brenna holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Oregon.
Outside of the office, Brenna can be found walking her French Bulldog, Boots, cooking new recipes from her cookbook collection, and traveling with friends and family.
