Jennie Kalberer, Partner, Design, Development & ESG, oversees the brand strategy, capital improvements and ESG execution of each asset at The Green Cities Company. Jennie manages the creative teams, architects, project managers and ESG consultants to ensure that our integrated approach to design and operations is holistic and that our assets embody our values of creating spaces where people, the built environment and the natural world can thrive. With more than 20 years of design and construction experience, Jennie uniquely positions each asset for competitive differentiation in the marketplace while continuing to uphold a strong commitment to human centered design that nurtures the health of our tenants as well as the health of the planet.
Jennie holds a BFA in Sculpture and Drawing from Oregon College of Art and Craft and an MBA in Finance from the University of Portland. She is LEED AP (ID + C).
Jennie enjoys spending time with loved ones over great food, traveling, learning, and experiencing art in all its forms. She currently serves on the Women Build Committee of Habitat for Humanity.
