Kelly Saito

Kelly Saito, Managing Partner, oversees all acquisition and development initiatives at The Green Cities Company. With more than 25 years of real estate investment and development experience, including project sourcing, feasibility, financing, planning, construction, leasing, and property operations, he also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.

In 1996, Kelly joined The Green Cities Company as the first employee of the firm’s original development company. In this capacity, Kelly oversaw the development of $3B of assets. In 2002, Kelly became a partner of the firm, and in 2009 helped transition the company to an investment management firm heading up all acquisitions and dispositions for the firm’s investment capital. Previously, Kelly was a commercial real estate broker at Cushman & Wakefield.

Kelly holds a BA from the University of Oregon.

Kelly is a patron of the arts and enjoys getting in a round of golf or lacing up his boots for a pick-up soccer match when his schedule allows it. Kelly sits on the Board of Advisors for the Boston Ballet and A Better City (Boston), is on Harper’s Playground Advisory Council and the Japanese American National Museum Board of Governors.
