Mark Johnson, Senior Project Manager, manages capital expenditures and tenant improvements for The Green Cities Company’s properties. He has more than 18 years of construction experience, including single and multi-family housing, warranty management, and project management.
Mark joined The Green Cities Company in 2007 to manage property sales and warranties in Portland and Seattle. He assisted in establishing the property management division in 2009 and moved to project management and retail tenant improvements in 2016. Previously, Mark was a Regional Vice President at Pulte Homes.
Mark holds an AA from Centralia College in Washington State.
Mark enjoys watching baseball, both major and minor league games and attending local motocross races. To escape the city, Mark hops in his Jeep for camping trips in the desert.
