Patrick Wilde, Managing Partner, oversees the development, design and construction aspects for The Green Cities Company. He also leads the physical due diligence and value add capital construction for the investment properties. With more than 19 years of real estate development, construction, and sustainable design experience, he also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.
In 2002, Patrick joined The Green Cities Company focusing on managing specific residential and commercial developments. In 2010, he transitioned into overseeing the firm’s development project management team. In 2014, Patrick became a partner of the firm. Patrick has overseen development of $2B+ of assets including multi-family residential, office, mixed-use, medical office, higher education, student housing, retail and historic renovation. Previously, Patrick was a commercial real estate broker at NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in Seattle, WA.
Patrick holds a BA from the University of Oregon.
Patrick has an appreciation for architecture and enjoys traveling with his family. In his free time, Patrick likes to get outdoors and can be found snowboarding, fly fishing or playing a round of golf.
