By adhering to the most prominent industry certifications and evaluating our properties’ performance against those requirements, we lead our practice with ethics, transparency, and purpose.
Critical to our approach towards ESG is our own Green Cities Index, which measures the ESG performance of our asset, funds, portfolio and firm across a broad measurement standard incorporating environmental performance, health and wellness, social equity and climate change mitigation. This rigorous reporting is detailed annually in our own Environmental and Community Impact Reports.
