Critical to our approach towards ESG is our own Green Cities Index, which measures the ESG performance of our asset, funds, portfolio and firm across a broad measurement standard incorporating environmental performance, health and wellness, social equity and climate change mitigation. This rigorous reporting is detailed annually in our own Environmental and Community Impact Reports.
We believe in leading by example with strong governance and transparent policies that provide a clear framework for ongoing ESG integration, reporting, and performance.
