Neil Riordan, Chief Compliance Officer & Director, Investor Relations, is responsible for correspondence and reporting to investors, compliance and portfolio performance at The Green Cities Company. He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate in research, compliance, and underwriting.
Previously, Neil worked in the research department of Clarion Partners before moving to Bear Stearns, where he worked in the real estate finance department underwriting commercial real estate loans.
Neil holds a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a MA in Urban & Regional Planning from Portland State University.
